His career is marked by a track record of developing sustainable business models, nurturing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. He holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana and a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.

Dorcas is a results-driven professional with a strong win-win approach to business and client relationships. With close to 14 years of corporate experience in Sales, Marketing, and Administration from multinational companies, she leads commercial strategy and operations for the Frozen Protein Unit.
She oversees the sourcing, trading, and distribution of assorted frozen proteins and currently operates within the local fishing industry with over four years of hands-on experience, serving as a critical link between fishing vessels and the market.
Rachel is an experienced Human Resource and Administration professional with more than six years of experience supporting organizations in people management, staff development, and administration. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM).
At Ocean Reefs Ltd., she is responsible for building high-performing teams needed to drive our expanding cold chain and maritime operations. Her background includes roles at Blossom Academy and World Vision Ghana.
James is the Founding and Managing Partner of GAWUGA@LAW in Ghana. He maintains a focused practice in corporate and commercial litigation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisition, maritime claims, and employment-related litigation.

Emmanuel is an award-winning business executive and the Director of Safety Campaign Ghana, a leading Occupational Health and Safety organization. He brings extensive experience in managing HSE functions across mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, and facilities management sectors.
He is a part-time OHS lecturer at the School of Public Health, Accra School of Hygiene, Korle-Bu, and is currently reading for an MPhil in OHS at UMaT.
